Tire rotation
Regular tire rotation create a uniform level of wear on each tire. Rotation is done every 10.000 km - 12.000 km. The process of rotation can also be integrated with other routine maintenance. Rotation patterns are usually in the show are also on the user guide or ask the workshop.
The recommended tire care only soap and water. Production number sold in the market is likely contain ingredients that damage the tire, although there is also functioning otherwise.
On the wall of tires, in addition to brands typically there is also a row of numbers and letters are confusing. Row when translated could give a clearer picture about the identity of tires.
For example: P215/65R15 89H
P = Passenger tire marks for passenger cars. for light trucks is usually denoted by LT.
215 = tire width in millimeters
65 = aspect ratio or the ratio of the width and height of the tire wall.
R = Radial, B for Belted bias and D for diagonal bias
15 = wheel diameter in inches.
89H = Service description, where 89 is the load index, describes the ability to receive a load of tires. H is the symbol of speed or maximum speed of the tires (not car).
Another is the speed symbol:
Q = 99 mph (158.4 km / h), R = 106 mph (170 km / h), S = 112 mph (180 km / h), T = 118 mph (188.8 km / h), U = 124 mph (198.4 km / h), H = 130 mph (208 km / h), V = 149 mph (238.4 km / h) Z = 149 mph.
Traction: shows the ability of the tire to stop at the surface wet. Scale of the AA (best) to C (poor)
Temperature: the ability to withstand the impact of tire heat. Scale A, the most good, bad C.
